Open and Accepting Churches
There are many “open and accepting” churches that welcome people with same-sex attraction. But the problem is that in order to do so, they compromise or deny the inspiration of all Scripture. (Cf. 2 Timothy 3:16)
And of course, we all know that there are churches that may not compromise or deny the inspiration of Scripture, but are ignorant in their interpretation of it!
So, IT IS GOOD TO KNOW that there are Jesus Christ-Centered, Bible-believing, Open and Accepting churches, where you can experience freedom in Christ and still be just who you are!
Many churches would use the image below to represent the Lord’s ability to “set people free” from same-sex attraction. But what is really needed are New Testament churches that preach the Good News that Jesus Christ sets people free from prejudice and bigotry based on faulty Biblical interpretation! Most importantly, He sets people with same-sex attraction free from being victims of prejudice and bigotry!
